There are many different types of jewelry – gold, silver, crystal… Maybe the most elegant and aristocratic among them is gemstone jewelry. The so called birthstones advise that according to your astrological sign or month of birth it is better to wear a certain type of gemstone to keep you full of energy and bring you luck. For example if you were born in January, it is recommendable that you wear garnet. Amethyst they say is the gemstone for February. March comes with the aquamarine, April with diamonds, for May – it is the emerald. If you were born in the summer you should wear alexandrite for June, ruby for July and peridot for August. The gemstones for the cold months are sapphire for September, opal – October, citrine – November and blue topaz – December. You will be surprised by the number of people who choose their gemstone jewelry according to this table.

The story goes further by determining special gemstones for celebrating anniversaries. I think we do not need to go that far.  The thing is that there is nothing better than choosing gemstone jewelry for special presents. Regardless if the present is for a man or a woman it is surely going to be appreciated. After all, since kings and queens have used them, why not we.
